SHEARING & CUTTING

Using our guillotine with programmable back gauge we are able to cut materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium up to 8mm thick We have 3 CNC saws that can cut multiple parts with speed & accuracy. Parts can be wrapped and packed to the clients request

LASER CUTTING

The new modern laser cutting machines are very effective method cutting from sheet metal

Max sheet size:
3000x1500mm

Max sheet thickness:

• Mild steel up to 20mm
• Stainless steel up to 10mm
• Aluminium up to 16mm

BENDING

We can service all your bending requirements with our on site 2nr press breaks that allows us to bend up to 3 metres. This machine has a 160 tonne capacity and a 7 axis back gauge, which enables us to manufacture three seperate operations in just one machine We have eliminated errors in our bending and forming by investing in the latest computerised technology this ensuring accuracy and const efficiency

CNC DRILLING

Our Emmegi T3 Star can be programmed to drill and mill holes at speed in various materials such as box sections, flats, angles and tubes

WELDING

We have a dedicated site for welding and with our vast array of experience are able to offer on site services for Mig welding & Tig welding. This includes the welding of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium

FINISHING

We have the capability through sub-contractors of finishing parts to the following:

• Powder coating
• Shot blast
• Epoxy paint
• Bright zinc / Colour passivate
• Chrome plate
• Anodising
